Hospice provides end-of-life support when a cure is no longer possible. Hospice emphasizes quality of life and comfort care. We offer medications, supplies, and medical equipment, as well as therapies, education, instruction, support and bereavement care.
Palliative Home Care
Palliative care is care given to improve the quality of life of patients who have a chronic or other serious or life-threatening disease. Palliative care is an approach to care that addresses the person as a whole, not just their disease. Our Palliative Care focuses on easing pain and discomfort, reducing stress and helping people have the highest quality of life possible while in the comfort of their own home. It is appropriate at any age and any stage of serious illness, not just end-of-life.
