Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are available for tenants and other local non-profit organizations to reserve/rent. Reservations are made by contacting the Health Services Pavilion front desk receptionist at 574-372-3500. Available space includes:
- Conference Room 1: Located on the main floor and will seat 8-10 people comfortably.
- Conference Room 2: Located on the second floor and provides meeting space as two separate rooms or one large room. Each side will seat 30 people, or as one large meeting room will seat 60 people. This room can be reserved as side A, side B, or side A and B. Audio/Visual equipment is available in this space.
Brochure Display
A brochure display is located in the Health Services Pavilion main lobby. This display has information of interest for our visitors such as brochures for agencies both within and outside of the building, as well as flyers for other special events in the community.
Tobacco Free
The Health Services Pavilion is a tobacco free campus, including e-cigarettes. Smoking, smokeless tobacco, vapes, and e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere on the grounds.
Holiday Schedule
The building will be closed every year in observance of the following six (6) legal holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Some agencies observe other holidays throughout the year.
