The Resource Center: Provides information on resources available for health, medication, dental, or other needs
Medical Assistance: Financial assistance because of a medical condition
Mental Health Assistance: Financial assistance because of a mental health condition
Medication Assistance helps residents purchase prescription medications and medical supplies at local pharmacies or receive medications directly from the pharmaceutical company for one year at no cost.
Dental Assistance provides vouchers for residents experiencing a dental emergency to be treated by a local dentist. Education and vouchers are available for young children through our Kids Smile Kosciusko program.
Medicare & State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides free and impartial counseling for people with Medicare. Staff helps with understanding costs and coverage, comparing options, and completing the enrollment process.
Kosciusko County Riley Kids Fund: Financially assists families with the costs of traveling to Riley Children’s Hospital
Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund: Financial assistance because of a cancer diagnosis and treatment
