Immunization Clinic provides immunizations for eligible children and adults from birth to age 64. We accept most insurances: private, Medicaid (for those 18 and under) the uninsured and underinsured. Some travel vaccines are available for purchase. We are not able to process Medicaid (Age 19 and over) or Medicare insurance. Hours of operations by appointment are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 to Noon and 1:15 to 4, and the first Monday of the month (excluding holidays) from 4:30 to 6 pm. Communicable Disease Program provides case investigation, assessment, and management for reportable conditions. Walk in TB tests are done on Monday mornings from 8:30 to Noon, for a nominal fee.
Prenatal Care Coordination provides services for pregnant women which includes; prenatal vitamins, educational materials, assistance with applying for Medicaid and referrals to area agencies. Income eligible clients are scheduled for their first prenatal care visit at the Early Start Prenatal Clinic and then referred on to the doctor of their choice.These services are free.
